September: Playlists for AF

Hello AF Team!

It’s that time of year again! Kicking off the school year means 2 things: excitement and possible exhaustion!

As you know from last year (I did this same post about a year ago!), I draw a lot of my energy from music. When I feel like I’m hitting my wall, I close the door to my office and put on my Spotify. 10 out of 10 times, it saves me. Something about a solid tune—whether it’s the words or a solid beat, nothing gives me more of a boost. Well, coffee is a close contender. Not to brag, but the cold brew I make at home is top notch. Just ask the coaching team!

My Commute! : Whether your commute is 2 minutes or 2 hours, music can be an awesome tool to shake off the sleep and get you ready for the day. Put this one on as you’re cruising Appalachee, Monroe, Tennessee, I-10, or wherever you find yourself during those early hours. It’s great company.

Admin Time is the Best Time!: Ah, that beautiful moment when it’s just you, a few emails and maybe some paperwork to catch up on. This playlist has those songs that just feel like a warm hug. Let this one quietly play in the background as you play catch up.
